Anemia
is the most common blood condition around the
world. Anemia is a health ailment that takes place
as a result of lack of red blood cells or hemoglobin
and act as a transporter of oxygen to tissues
in the body. People who suffer from Anemia tend
to feel tired and fatigue and also they look pale
and also some times feel dizziness and unconsciousness.
Women and people with chronic diseases are at

Eating 3-4 apples daily without peeling off
the skin and this helps in increasing iron
content in the body and thus helps in iron-deficiency
anemia cure.

Mix 1 cup beetroot juice and 1-cup apple juice
together. Then add 25 ml of honey to it. Stir
well and drink the mixture once a day preferably
in empty stomach.

Consume
a ripe banana with 1 tbsp of honey 2 times
a day.

Drink
a mixture of apple and tomato juice.

Eat
a lot of green leafy veggies.

Consume
honey, as it acts as a rich source of iron,
copper and manganese and also it aids in increasing
the hemoglobin levels.

Lemon and honey or apple cider vinegar are

Drink daily: 2-3 cups of white cabbage juice.

can be used in raw form or as pickles, chatney

Add amala juice (Indian Gooseberry) and honey
to sugarcane juice and drink everyday will
improve red corporal count.

Mixed juices of leafy vegetables, juice of
beetroot, cabbage, bitter gourd, apricot and
grapes are beneficial for anemia.

caffeine or tea with meals.
