At
US National Cancer Institute (NCI) scientists
studied 29,000 men over a period of four years
and suggest that eating cauliflower may help to
protect prostate cancer. They found that eating
cauliflower reducing the risk by 52 percent.
All member of the cabbage family are rich in magnesium,
potassium and calcium.Cauliflower is a kind of
cabbage and belongs to Cruciferae family.
